الحل 1

ألقِ نظرة على الأمثلة التالية:

	{

		// 2.) Ok
		string subString1= test.Substring(9, 1);

ومن المشكوك فيه أن نرمي استثناءً في هذه الحالة. ستعيد معظم اللغات الأخرى الأحرف المتوفرة ببساطة.
